Unsure where to begin on their newly purchased Malibu property, the client engaged Jordan Park to assemble a team of consultants, architects, engineers, and designers to explore the site’s full potential. After an expedited and successful design stage, plans were submitted to the City of Malibu. Though the project was never built, the client successfully sold the land and design to a delighted buyer, demonstrating the value and vision Jordan Park brought to the process.
